"Packaging held up well"
My order showed up in good shape and the packaging did what it was supposed to do, the box had a few dents on the outside and the tape was a little loose on one side so I was slightly worried at first, but once I opened it everything inside was protected and nothing was scratched or bent, so overall I’m happy with it and that’s why I’d give it 4 stars.

The site showed the items as in stock, and when I placed the order, that turned out to be true. I appreciated that little detail because it saved me from guessing or waiting on something that wasn’t really available.

Just going off the look of gardenwinds.com. It felt old. A little cluttered too. Pages looked busy on my screen, not very clean or easy to take in. I clicked around for a bit, but didn’t really want to stay on it long. Maybe the site works fine and all, but visually, not great for me

I checked Garden Winds for a replacement canopy the selection felt limited. They had a few options, but nothing that matched my exact model or the color I wanted. The site was easy enough to use, but I expected a lot more choices. It also felt like the whole process was handled kind of carelessly, like the details didn’t really matter. I ended up looking somewhere else.

I did end up finding the replacement canopy I needed, so that was nice. It fit okay and got the job done, which I’m happy about. But the price felt ridiculous for what it is, and then shipping tacked on even more. Like, great that it works, but also kind of annoying. I don’t really feel like I got a good value here. Next time I’d probably look around a bit more before buying.

Checkout did go through in the end, so that part was fine, but the page loaded really slowly and made the whole process feel more annoying than it needed to be. I also got a bit frustrated because the answers I found about what to expect weren’t consistent, so I wasn’t totally sure if everything was working right.

"Had a feeling something was off with the timing"
I ordered a canopy top, and just kind of assumed it was ready to ship since nothing really stood out to me during checkout. Then I found out it was actually backordered, which was frustrating. My gut told me the delivery might take longer once I didn’t see much clarity, and unfortunately that was the case. I just wish the backorder notice had been more obvious before I placed the order

"Found the canopy, but parts were tough to track down"
I was able to find the canopy I needed, which was a relief, but some of the other replacement parts were either out of stock or not listed at all. It took more searching than I expected just to figure out what was available. The site is okay overall, but I really wish they carried more parts or made them easier to find. In the end, I felt a little frustrated, even though I was glad I found the main piece I needed.

"Return was simple"
I had to send back a canopy cover since I ordered the wrong size. The return instructions were easy enough to follow, but it did take a few days longer than I expected to get a response. Once they received it, my refund came through without any real trouble. Wasnt perfect, but overall it was an ok experience.

"The color was not what I expected"
I ordered the beige, but what showed up was more of a yellow color. It looked nothing like the photos online. I mean, come on now, beige and yellow are not the same thing. Disappointed because it was not what I thought I was getting.

I gave it 4 stars because, i was so relieved my order was actually spot on. Everything matched what I picked, nothing was missing, and the color and size were exactly right, which felt like a tiny miracle. Shipping did take longer than I was hoping, and I was getting a little dramatic checking for updates, but in the end it all turned out fine.

The order showed up with most of the parts, but a couple of the screws were missing. I managed to put it together using some extras I already had, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Still, whoever packed the hardware clearly didn’t double-check it, and that part was frustrating. Overall, it worked out, but it was more annoying than it should’ve been.

"Pretty easy to put on"
I got my canopy cover from Garden Winds and it went on easier than I was thinking it would. I did have to mess around a little bit with getting the corners lined up right, which took me some time, but it wasn’t a big deal really. Overall it worked out good and I’d buy it again.

"I bought this hoping it would give..."
I bought this hoping it would give my patio some decent shade, but the sun still blasted through for most of the afternoon. It helped a tiny bit, but not nearly enough for what I needed. Pretttty disappointing.

"When I first put it up, I was…"
When I first put it up, I was actually happy with it. The material looked nice and seemed like it would hold up well. Then we had a few windy days, and I started noticing some of the seams getting worn down quicker than I expected. It’s not completely falling apart or anything, but after seeing that happen so soon, I did feel a bit disappointed. I was hoping it would be a little sturdier.
